Paul Scaroni, CEO of Eni, said: Eni has offered Gazprom first-class assets from its north African portfolio, as cited by the Russian publication.
According to RIA Novosti, Mr Scaroni also said that the projects on which Gazprom could co-operate include small oilfields that could be used for gas condensate production.
