Mr McManus joins Michael Nobrega representing the corporation’s private shareholder BPC Energy (Borealis), a subsidiary of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS).
Mr McManus is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He currently serves as executive vice president at Borealis Infrastructure, an investment arm of OMERS. Mr McManus is a current member of several other boards, including Bruce Power, Enwave and Ciel Satellite Communications.
