Prior to joining EMS, Mr Melvin was a market segment leader at Champion Technologies, a Houston, Texas-based specialty chemicals company serving the oil and gas industry. In addition, he is the current area chairman of the NACE International northern area and serves as the vice president on the NACE foundation board
