Mr Tremblay has advised the company that he wishes to concentrate on other business interests.
Mr Tremblay is the executive chairman of Overlord Financial, a publicly traded company. From 1987 to 1993 he pursued a career as a structural design engineer in the North American Aerospace Industry. Mr Tremblay graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto with a bachelor of engineering degree in aerospace engineering.
