Eagle Rock Exploration has announced that its non executive director Eric Tremblay has resigned from the board.
Mr Tremblay has advised the company that he wishes to concentrate on other business interests.
Mr Tremblay is the executive chairman of Overlord Financial, a publicly traded company. From 1987 to 1993 he pursued a career as a structural design engineer in the North American Aerospace Industry. Mr Tremblay graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto with a bachelor of engineering degree in aerospace engineering.
