The acquisition will allow Dynastar to directly market and sell electricity services to consumers in Texas, Pennsylvania and New York.
Dynastar chairman and CEO Josh Henderson said that the acquisition of My Affordable Energy’s business is the launch pad for Dynastar’s entry into the energy services business.
Dynastar is focused on the sale of electricity and natural gas services to commercial and residential customers in deregulated energy markets.
