The mineralization has been encountered from drill hole # SJG-10-203 yielding 332.86g/t Au and 143.9g/t Ag over 5.50m from 70.65m to 76.15m depth (true width estimated to be 4.0m).
This interval includes 0.75m of 2,424.89g/t Au and 1,037.80g/t Ag. This result is from drilling on the North East part of the San Pablo quartz breccia vein.
The company said that this intersection further verifies that the San Jose de Gracia district hosts bonanza style gold mineralization and as a result, a third diamond drill has just been put into operation at the San Jose de Gracia project as part of the current 18,500m program to expand on this result.
The San Jose de Gracia District is 100%-owned by DynaResource de Mexico.
Goldgroup currently owns 25% of DynaMexico after completing the first stages of its earn-in and is in the process of completing the earn-in of the additional 25% (total of 50%) by expending $4.5m by 15 March 2011. The remaining interest in DynaMexico is owned by DynaUSA.
