The construction of the Dray Ling 2 hydroelectric power plant started recently on the Se Re Pok river in Vietnam's Dac Lac province, according to the Vietnamese News Agency.
The 16,000kW plant will generate 85MkWh of electricity a year, and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2005. It will cost around US$16M to construct.
