Mr Klink has more than 30 years of experience in the energy marketplace, focusing on pricing and regulation. His most recent assignment was vice president of gas regulation for Dominion’s natural gas distribution companies in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Mr Klink also has held officer level positions in electric regulation, gas supply, sales and marketing, and human resources. He joined Consolidated Natural Gas Company (CNG) in 1973, and CNG later merged with Dominion.
