These new chemical assay results confirm the extension of an interpreted mineralized zone to 2km in strike length and have returned higher average grades than previously reported in this area.
Deep Yellow’s wholly-owned subsidiary Reptile Uranium Namibia (RUN) has recently completed reverse circulation (RC) drillholes ALAR125 and ALAR126, spaced at 107m along section on Reconnaissance Line 5, which have returned the following uranium intercepts:
For ALAR125 drillhole, the uranium intercept is16m at 655ppm cU3O8 from 68m, including 8m at 1,029ppm cU3O8 from 73m.
For ALAR126 drillhole, the uranium intercepts are 12m at 615ppm cU3O8 from 137m,
including 2m at 1,284ppm cU3O8 from 142m, and 27m at 513ppm cU3O8 from 171m
including 5m at 900ppm cU3O8 from 171m.
Drill intercepts of 400+ ppm U3O8 have been outlined to form an interpreted mineralized zone spanning approximately 2km and open to the southwest.
In addition to the interpreted mineralized zone, drillhole ALAR107 located at the south-eastern end of Reconnaissance Line 5 returned an intercept of 4m at 459ppm cU3O8 from 96m within alaskite.
Presently, there are three RC rigs and one diamond rig actively drilling on the Ongolo Alaskite project.
