Daqo New Energy Holdings is a subsidiary of the China based polysilicon manufacturer Daqo New Energy, while JNE Solar is the affiliate of JNE Consulting.
The joint venture company plans to develop a production facility with a capacity of 25MW of photovoltaic module, in phase one of the project.
Total investment for phase one of the project will be approximately $5.24m and will be initially contributed 85/15 by Daqo New Energy and JNE Consulting, and the commercial production is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of this year.
