The drilling contract has been awarded to Empire Drilling of Asuncion, Paraguay, which is expected to begin by mid-November and completed before the end of 2010.
The new program will consist of 30 holes totaling approximately 3,600m.
The objective of the program is to test the western extension of the main deposit as a follow-up to the drilling of the last 26 holes in a previous round of drilling.
The results from the last 26 holes drilled as reported on 26 April 2009, showed an increase in the indicated resource of 77% and an average grade improvement of 44%.
Cue Resources president and CEO Robert Tyson said that the company has drilled approximately 218 holes that cover only 2% of the concession area, or approximately 65% of the known strike length at San Antonio till date.
