The supply contract requires China Sun to deliver 25 tons of LIP per month to Sai Er New Energy from January 2011 to February 2011, 30 tons per month from March 2011 to June 2011 and 50 tons of LIP per month within the period July 2011 to December 2011.
In addition, China Sun will provide Sai Er New Energy with product research materials and technical engineering consultancy services throughout the duration of the contract to help in the production of secondary batteries, including nickel cadmium, nickel hydrogen, Li-ion and lead acid batteries.
China Sun, which has sold 40 tons of LIP to Henan Huanyu under the agreement previously reported on 21 September 2010, expects to deliver 60 tons of LIP to Henan Huanyu in total by the end of December 2010.
China Sun Group CEO Guosheng Fu said that in the previous experience with this customer, CSGH was able to prove its LIP production capabilities by providing a high quality product and excellent customer service, thus winning a second contract with one of their subsidiaries.
