Integrated energy company ConocoPhillips has announced that Steve Scheck, general auditor and chief ethics officer, has elected to retire after 36 years of service.
The company has appointed Glenda Schwarz, currently general manager of downstream finance and performance analysis, as its general auditor and chief ethics officer. These changes will be effective as of January 1, 2008.
