Clenergen India took control of the power plant in early October this year, and repairs were conducted and maximum capacity was achieved upon the successful launch.
The biomass power plant uses combustion steam technology to generate power and commenced transmission of power to the grid since its synchronization on 23 October 2010.
Clenergen Corporation executive chairman Mark Quinn said that the commencement of power transmission at the biomass plant right on schedule marks a huge stride towards the company’s operational goals.
