Phase II is expected to require an investment of approximately RMB166m ($26.9m).
Designed to have a daily household waste processing capacity of 350t, Sanya phase II will feature a 350t/d furnace and a 7.5MW power generator.
The Sanya Project, including phases I and II, is expected to have a waste processing capacity of 1,050t, generating on-grid electricity of 100 million KWh annually.
