Tokyo One offers the concept of a sushi buffet, with a focus on quality, presentation, authenticity, variety and taste. Their restaurants features innovative cuisine that includes fresh sushi and sashimi, creative salads, cooked entrees, Teppanyaki grill, tempura, a ramen station and delectable desserts.

Each of Toyko One’s many locations represents between fifteen and twenty-five thousand dollars in new revenues for Building Turbines. "We have proven ourselves on Toyko One’s first installation, and have started the second.
