Effective immediately, Francis is the General Manager for BlueRock Energy Solar. Francis joined BlueRock in January 2016 and is responsible for the business development and management of BlueRock Energy Solar, a subsidiary of BlueRock Energy. He is responsible for the creation and implementation of the BlueRock Energy Solar business plan and leadership into the growing solar energy market.

Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ithaca College. He also is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and Georgia. Francis is involved with coaching youth basketball, baseball and football. He lives in Cicero, NY.
