The Brunswick site consists of 161,000 barrels of storage capacity on six acres of property that is leased from the Georgia Ports Authority.

The company said that the terminal is accessible by ocean vessels, inland barges, railcars, and tanktrucks and land is available within the existing footprint at the facility for building an additional 150,000 barrels of capacity.

Blackwater Midstream CEO Michael Suder said that with the finalization of this additional storage lease, the company has met its business objective of having the entire Brunswick facility leased within the first six months of its acquisition of the site.

"This new agreement will increase gross revenues for Blackwater Georgia by 80%," Suder said.
