The mineralisation remains open along the north-west margin, and along strike to the southwest and these results confirm continuity of the mineralized zone extending beyond the current resource boundary, the company said.

Updated mineral resource estimate for Zona 7, the largest of the retortillo satellite deposits, is expected to be announced later this month after evaluating data obtained from both the 2013 and 2014 drilling programs.

Intercepts from the 29 reverse circulation drill holes include 19m, 20m, 12m, 18m, 13m at the rate of 2,332ppm, 1,238ppm, 1,422ppm, 825ppm and 1,067ppm U3O8 respectively.

Zona 7 is said to host an inferred mineral resource estimate of 3.9 million tons averaging 414ppm U3O8 for a contained 3.6 million pounds of U3O8.

Comprising 45 reverse circulation holes and four diamond holes, the 2014 drilling program has been completed and is designed at infilling the zone of mineralization delineated by the drilling conducted in 2013.
