US-based Allied Energy, an oil and natural gas operator and developer, has started making preparations to drill its third horizontal Georgetown Buda well Allied Howard #3H soon.

The company’s Allied Howard #1H horizontal Georgetown Buda well in Grimes County, Texas is producing 1.8 – 2 million cubic feet of gas per day along with associated condensate.

The Allied Howard #2H horizontal Georgetown Buda well in Grimes County has recently started production at an initial rate around 4 million cubic feet of gas per day and associated condensate.

The company expects the joint production from both wells of methane gas, natural gas liquids and condensate to stabilize at about 170 million cubic feet of gas per month in the short term.
