Monster Diesel testing on 100 vehicles has resulted in 9% full mileage increase, 23% emission reduction, 10.2% hydrocarbon reduction with a soot reduction of 38% leading to decrease in air pollution.
The company is scheduled to deliver the initial $50,000 order of Monster Diesel to Mervita by the end of December, thereby expanding the product’s distribution internationally.
Mervita CEO Dr Haengwoo Lee said that the company has very strong confidence that Monster Diesel will be a success in Korea due to its positive environmental impact through the reduction of harmful emissions and reduced vehicle operation and maintenance costs.
"We look forward to cooperating with Alkane to advance the technology and its marketability in Korea through further testing and business development," Lee said.
