The order, booked in the Energy & Process segment, has a value of approximately SEK 55 million and delivery is scheduled for 2016.
The order includes various gas boilers that will be installed in a process line in an ammonia production plant in Slovakia.
"Our equipment will re-use heat in the ammonia production process and thereby contribute to a very energy-efficient system, with low environmental impact," says Lars Renström, President and CEO of the Alfa Laval Group. "The order confirms our products’ ability to meet the high demands of the petrochemical industry."
