The Albanian Government is considering plans to privatise four small hydropower plants in the country with a combined capacity of 80MW.
Two options are being considered for the sale of Ulza, Shkopet and two Bistrica projects, newswires have reported, with the plants either offered as concessions or through the direct sale of shares.
