AEP Ohio will purchase all of the output from the 99MW facility, which will be located in Benton Township in Paulding County, Ohio.
Review of the agreement will be included in AEP Ohio’s upcoming ESP filing and it is subject to approval from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
The wind project is expected to start commercial operation by mid-summer 2011.
In addition to the agreement with Paulding Wind Farm II, AEP Ohio has contracted for other renewable energy resources.
