The agreement will allow Acro Energy to commission IES as a sub-contractor for the installation of solar energy systems in the US markets in which IES currently operates, thereby consolidating its position in the solar energy installation market.
The parties will begin with a trial period focusing on the installation of solar energy projects in Acro Energy’s southern California region, and will then expand the relationship to other markets in the US, starting with Arizona and Nevada with longer term plans to enter the markets in the northeast.
Acro Energy CEO, Harry Fleming said that the relationship with IES is a significant step for Acro Energy and teaming with IES will position Acro Energy to cost effectively deliver solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers beyond its current operations in California.
