Galloper Wind Farm Ltd has been granted permission by the UK government to construct a 504 MW wind farm off the coast of Suffolk, on England’s east coast, and related infrastructure at Sizewell to connect the facility to the electricity grid system.
The developer estimates that the 140 turbine development will generate around £18 to 20 million of investment in Suffolk and create around 600 jobs across the country.
