The portfolio, which is diversified across 134 sites in 12 states and entered into operations between 2015 and 2018, was constructed, financed and will continue to be managed by Onyx Renewable Partners L.P., a leading, vertically integrated developer, owner and operator of C&I and utility-scale renewable and storage assets.
Marathon Capital worked with Argo on its due diligence and financing of the investment.
