Rubicon will support Triton in important aspects of the development and operation of three graphite projects in Mozambique that include Monte Nicanda, Ancuabe and Pemba graphite processing facility.
Through its Mozambique subsidiary, PacMoz, Rubicon will deliver services like securing permits and licenses, administration, human resources, including recruitment, contract management, training and residence permits as well as legal support.
PacMoz will also offer logistics services to Triton and in the long term medical services, as the company plans to develop medical service business in Pemba.
