Northern Ireland now has its own branch of the British Hydro Association (BHA), with Andrew Frazer as its chairman.
Initially the branch will comprise owner/operators concerned about the forthcoming regulations on water abstraction via the new water bill.
In the longer term, members will be sought from contractors, consultants and the general public. A seminar in Northern Ireland will be announced shortly.
