From 2008 to the present day, Fanella has served as a senior consultant to a LED Lighting Manufacturer, providing advice regarding the capital raising affairs, capitalization at both the subsidiary and corporate level, and day-to-day financial operations. Between 2006 and 2007, Fanella served as a senior consultant at Chicago Industrial Plating Manufacturer; before that, between 2001 and 2006, he was co-owner and chief finance officer (CFO) of Tru-Way, Inc.; and from 1983 to 2001, he was a co-founder and CFO of Microenergy, Inc. Fanella presently serves on the board of directors of China YCT International Group, Inc. Fanella earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the North Illinois University in 1972, and he was licensed as a certified public accountant in 1975. In 1979, he received his MBA from University of Chicago, specializing in finance and marketing.

Ping is an active member of the International Society of Electrochemistry (ISE) and the Chinese Chemical Society (CCS). Ping has published more than 50 essays and dissertations in both the national and international academic periodicals. Science Citation Index (SCI) and Engineering Information (EI) have cited more than 40 essays written by Ping and provided them as a researching resource to the public. Ping earned his Doctoral degree from the Chinese Academy of Science, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry in 2005.

Lu Shuming is a senior licensed chemical engineer with more than 30 years of experience in China’s chemical industry. From 2002 to the present day, he has served as a chief engineer and counselor at Chengdu Minhui Daily Chemical Technologies Co., Ltd. Before that, Lu was employed as chief engineer involved in chemical engineering for different companies. Lu holds a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from the Sichuan University. He graduated in 1967.

From 2000 to the present day, Liu Dechun has worked as an instructor at the Southwest University of Science and Technology, Department of Applied Chemistry. Liu received his master degree in science in 2000 from the Southwest University of Science and Technology.
