The subsidy, which forms part of the agency’s Sustainable Municipality program, will support Orebro’s ongoing efforts to improve building energy efficiency by using energy monitoring software from Vitec Fastighetssystem to consistently follow-up on the results of their energy investments.
In addition, the system supplies Orebro with information that the municipality needs when reporting to the Energy Agency, in a format compatible with reporting requirements to increase energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of the buildings.
Vitec Fastighetssystem CEO Tommy Hallberg said that its offering in energy monitoring is targeted at organizations like Kommunfastigheter Orebro, which are actively working with measures aimed at improving the energy efficiency of their buildings.
