Pacific Gas & Electric Company, a subsidiary of PG&E, has signed this 25-year contract.

The company has reported that the solar farm will generate an average of 592 gigawatt-hours a year and can be operational by January 2014.

The contract power price does not exceed $132.90/megawatt-hour. The $132.90/megawatt-hour is a level the CPUC considers in line with market trends.
