Locus is accredited as a verification body through CARB and has Lead Verifiers certified in all reporting sectors, including refineries and co-generation. As a part of the Air Products program, Locus Lead Verifiers will perform mandatory verification of CO2 emissions in selected Air Products’ California Plants.

Air Products tracks and reports estimated calendar year direct (Scope 1) and indirect (Scope 2) emissions on an aggregated, global basis in accordance with the WRI/WBC SD GHG Protocol using Financial Control reporting boundaries.
Air Products’ California plants report GHG in accordance with CARB’s standards. Other locations comply with additional regional programs, such as European Union Emission Trading System (EU ETS) for co-generation sites in the Netherlands.
