D’Amour has already contributed to implementations of government projects and commercial buildings. He will further grow the company and establish additional partnerships to accelerate adoption of LUMEnergi’s energy-efficient lighting solution.
Prior to D’Amour & Associates, he held multiple C-level positions at start-ups, which led to mergers and acquisitions, including a successful IPO at Quickturn after he delivered $500 million in reconfigurable systems to the marketplace. D’Amour holds five US patents as well as several foreign patents and serves on the board of directors for public and private companies in the San Francisco Bay area.
“As energy prices continue to increase, along with increased standards for green buildings, businesses and commercial building owners are seeking fast and cost-effective solutions to reduce energy use. LUMEnergi’s lighting management solution dramatically reduces a building’s energy consumption and carbon footprint while providing significant cost savings to building tenants and increasing building valuation for building owners,” said D’Amour. “I look forward to leading the LUMEnergi team in implementing intelligent light management solutions, increasing energy-efficiency and improving occupant comfort.”
