KMR, which is engaged in recycling oil and other industrial byproducts produced by the transportation industry, heavy industry and construction, will use the processing and storage capabilities of the new 28,000sq ft facility to offer door-to-door reclamation and delivery services to its customers.
KMR’s service includes the collection of the used oil disposed of by the companies, recycling it by removing water and organic/inorganic solids, and then offering it as a viable alternative fuel to a variety of other businesses – everything from asphalt manufacturers to steel producers.
KMR plans to use its newly established headquarters to venture into new product areas that include recycling of oil filters, anti-freeze, oil/water separator cleaning and service, oil drum collection and disposal, lab services, fuel oil additives, and dust suppressants.
KMR general manager Jim Cipollone said that the new facility is strategically located along the I-95 corridor in Belcamp, Maryland and that places KMR within reach of customers in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia and Washington, DC.
