The company, which acquired about 20% of the outstanding shares of Ascent in August last year, will now increase its stake in Ascent to about 41%.
TFG Radiant will buy the interest presently owned by Norsk Hydro Produksjon for approximately $4m.
The transaction is expected to be completed within the next three months.
Ascent is a developer of thin-film solar photovoltaic modules using flexible substrate materials.
