The purchase order is for ASTM Fuel only and EVGI must now begin production by 1 April 2012.
ASTM Fuel is currently selling at an average price of $3.35 per gallon, and EVGI is in the process of completing its bio fuel production facility in Groveland, Florida, US.
At current market prices, the purchase order is valued at about $12m.
EVGi CEO Randall Lanham said as part of the purchase order, the company is expected to start production in early Q2.
