Under the terms of the contract, Vestas will supply and commission the wind turbines.
The agreement also includes a VestasOnline Business SCADA system as well as a five-year service and maintenance agreement.
The company is expected to deliver wind turbines in the second half of this year.
Denmark-based Vestas is a manufacturer and seller of wind turbines.
