The contract, signed shortly after the premiere of Lexys the A-5 auction, held on April 28, provides for the construction of the plants over a period of up to 27 months.
WEG will be responsible for providing all the electromechanical equipment package of three plants, including design, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning.

The Lexys Holding is one of the main shareholders of hydroelectric Santa Branca SA and responsible for HPP Santa Branca projects. The company win for the construction and operation of UHE Santa White and the two PCH’s last auction marks the company’s entry in the field of energy generation.
