In early September, Bold Tern, the jack-up vessel of Fred. Olsen Windcarrier, will start mobilizing SWT 6.0-154 turbines from the Port of Esbjerg to the Port of Hull.
The vessel, which will be included in the contract for a minimum of 30 days with options, will support in continuing operations and will manage timely completion.
The Galloper offshore wind farm, which is currently under construction, is located 30km off the coast of Suffolk, England. The wind facility will generate sufficient power to meet the requirements of 336,000 UK households.
Fred. Olsen Windcarrier has ensured to mobilize the turbines within 6-8 weeks following the initial contract. The reengineering of the existing grillage from the Veja Mate installation project is expected to minimize the time and cost of mobilization.

In September 2015, Fred. Olsen Windcarrier had secured a contract for the delivery and installation of Adwen turbines at the 350MW Wikinger offshore wind farm in Germany.
