The project is realized in cooperation with the European Development Bank (EBRD). The power plant Elazig is also the first by the Turkish government officially licensed photovoltaic system. Phoenix Solar takes over all planning and procurement tasks, and project management. Asunim which had previously operated the four-year project development will also provide the actual construction.
