DeCarb will be focused solely on producing, marketing, and distributing a low-cost, high efficiency propane fuel substitute that involves cutting-edge hydrogen fuel technologies. Apollo stated that the structuring of the subsidiaries will accommodate various current research activities and opportunities in the area of alternative fuels.
DeCarb president and chief technology officer, Jed Checketts, stated, DeCarb is committed to the work that was initiated in the former Powerball entity, and we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead as part of Apollo Resources.
Apollo recently expanded its scope of operation into the oil and gas exploration, production, and transportation industry with the acquisition of 149 oil and gas properties at the beginning of January this year. Before this strategic move, the company was known as Powerball International, which focused on alternative fuels.
