The news source reported that, under the grant program, funds available have increased from a maximum of $5,000 to $20,000 per pump location. Cities, towns, counties and townships, as well as commercial fueling facilities have been brought under the grant program.
PetrolWorld noted that, to be eligible for funding, the grant application must be approved prior to the installation or conversion of E85 pumps by the retailer.
