Mr Hoonakker will report to the vice president of corporate finance. He has worked for Frontier and its predecessor companies for over 20 years and was treasurer of Frontier Oil since 2005. Prior to joining Frontier, Mr Hoonakker was a lending officer for First Interstate Bank.
