PKN Orlen, a Polish refiner of crude oil, has announced that its supervisory board has appointed Dariusz Krawiec to the position of the president of the management board of the company, effective immediately.
Mr Krawiec was the chairman of the supervisory boards of Huta Aluminium, Metalexfrance Paryz, S and I Lozanna, cemarket.com; and a member of the supervisory boards of Impexmetal, Elektrim, PTC, Elektrim Telekomunikacja, Elektrim Magadex, Elektrim Volt and PTE AIG.
Mr Krawiec has declared that, upon joining the management board of PKN Orlen as its president, he will not be involved in any activity that competes with his responsibilities at PKN Orlen.
