The horizontal test well is being operated by Donnybrook Energy of Calgary.
Pennant, through farmin agreement, participates in the horizontal test well.
By completing the terms of the agreement, the company will earn 25% interest in a total of seven sections (4,480 gross acres) of Donnybrook’s lands at Bigstone and in any future operations within an Area of Mutual Interest.
Donnybrook will act as operator and participate as to a 25% working interest in the drilling, completion and tie-in of the test well.
