Under the contract, Willbros will provide front-end engineering and design and detailed design for multiple projects throughout the facility.
The company will execute the contract though its team located at its client’s facility with additional support provided by its downstream engineering offices in Louisiana, US.
Willbros President and CEO Randy Harl said the company has provided services for HOVENSA for years and that this contract complements the alliance agreements, which they company has in Trinidad and Aruba and furthers their objective to grow its revenue base with more recurring services.
