With the new joint ventue, Marmota Energy will have access to 2,736 sq km of uranium prospective tenements in Australia.

Under the terms of the agreement, Marmota will undertake exploration expenditure of the project over three years to earn a 51% equity interest in the uranium rights across seven adjoining tenements.

The Rudall East project is located in the Rudall River/Paterson area of Western Australia and hosts unconformity and sandstone uranium mineralisation.

The primary objective of Marmota’s exploration is to discover an economic sized kintyre style uranium deposit, or the related sandstone hosted deposit type.
