The company said exploratory underground development at the mine is progressing well with two auriferous quartz veins being extended on strike to the east.
According to Goldplat, the diamond drill exploration programme results to date remain encouraging.
Goldplat CEO Demetri Manolis said the company looks forward to intensifying the mine’s development and the erection of the elution plant that will enable Goldplat to produce gold bullion in the near future on site.
