The Danish wind turbine manufacturer will supply 22 units of its V100-1.8MW turbine with a total capacity of 39.6MW.
The firm will be responsible for the supply and commission of the wind turbines.
The contract also includes a VestasOnline Business SCADA system and a five-year service and maintenance agreement.
The first turbines are scheduled to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2012.
